Brief

Rabobank is the world’s leading food and agribusiness bank. As they navigated the nature positive transition they came to us with a simple brief - find out what their clients were already doing to incorporate nature positive actions into their businesses, and come back with honest stories and insight that they could share with their internal teams to help shape the conversation and bring about organisational change.

Solution

We travelled across Australia visiting farmers and landholders, conducting in-depth interviews to establish how and why they are working with nature to achieve their goals. We then returned to sift through our fieldwork and produce a slate of short documentary films and photo packages to present to the Rabobank board and internal teams, providing not only stories but also key insights into our findings. This work helped to give context and shape to the conversation, pushing the conversation forward and leading to the widespread positive engagement with the bank’s efforts to shape their products and services to be more in alignment with the nature postive business landscape.
